We can’t thank you enough for our wonderful weekend! Our meals were delicious (I don’t usually eat as much as Rick!!) and it was such an added bonus to have the place to ourselves and for being upgraded to the Water Tower. Once in a life-time event!

Your hospitality and conversations show that you are definitely in the right business! The owners are extremely lucky to have you taking care of the properties!!

Thank you to you and the staff for the gracious, thoughtful and all round exceptional service on Saturday! It was beyond my greatest expectations! Participants were full of great comments about the quality of the food, the service, the gardens and the setting.

I truly appreciate all of your effort. The tarts were out of this world!!! I’m impressed that you also use locally grown and milled organic flour to make them.
There was an article in the Peterborough Examiner Monday on the MMT (though the editors obviously didn’t read the article the reporter submitted when they created the headline as they made an incorrect leap from orphans to orphanage) that mentions Windswept.

Empire Cheese & Butter Co-op has been manufacturing the highest quality cheddar for over a century. Located just outside of Campbellford, the farmer owned co-operative makes fresh curd 6 days a week (spring and summer). Our cheddar are all naturally aged and contain no additives or preservatives. We also manufacture an extensive range of specialty cheese products including caramelized onion cheddar and mozzarella with jalapenos and red chillies. Open 7 days a week, the factory store offers a selection of cheese, fine foods, gift baskets and ice cream during the summer months.
