We recognize that planning your wedding involves many decisions, and many costs. To make your planning easier, we have created a simple wedding package.
This package includes everything except the cost for the venue rental, alcohol, and other items you would normally contract from other suppliers such as: flowers, décor, wedding cake and musical entertainment. Please ask for our preferred supplier list for these additional services.
Should this package not be perfectly suited to your needs, we also offer a wide range of a la carte selections or we would be happy to customize a menu for you.

Your Package Will Include:
One-hour pre-dinner reception
Soft drinks, juices and sparkling water
*You may provide your own Alcohol under a (Special Occasion Permit obtained through the Ontario Liquor Board) or we can provide contact information for bartending services.
A selection of 3 hors d’oeuvres per person
A 3-course plated meal (choose from the selections on the following page) with the option to offer your guests a choice of main course
Service of gourmet coffee and a selection of imported teas with dessert
Your celebration cake cut & served with coffee & tea service in the reception area
White linens, white china, flatware, glassware, and three votive candles per dining table
All set-up, kitchen and service staff including an Event Supervisor to oversee your event (based on a 7 hour event)
The price of your package will be determined by your entrée selection. You may offer your guests a choice of main course (maximum of 2 proteins and 1 vegetarian choice per group) in advance at no additional charge provided that you are able to advise us of the number of each meal required a minimum of 15 days prior to your event. You will also be required to provide place cards to be set at each place setting which identifies the meal each guest has chosen.
