Thinly sliced & piled high with Canadian white old cheddar and a lovely horseradish & Dijon mustard on multigrain.
Done in olive oil & balsamic vinegar with red onion & fresh local goat cheese on a rustic panni.
HAM & SWISS
served on light rye bread with Swiss cheese, lettuce and honey mustard.
